The team has implemented manual fixes for affected customers that have reached out. We are now proactively identifying remaining affected customers to automate a fix for them.

Identified
Teammates and Endusers on some Enterprise Groups using SAML are unable to login. A workaround, involving updating authentication settings for affected Enterprise Groups, has been identified and is currently being implemented. To prevent issues like this in the future we will conduct an audit of these systems in order to ensure a higher degree of stability for our customers.
