22:13 - 22:19 WIB: Payment Detection impacted

We're currently experiencing lower than usual payments from BNI VA. This leads us to believe that payments detection is also impacted.

Dear Customers,

We are currently detecting intermittent errors with BNI VAs for creating and updating VAs. We have confirmed this with the channel partner. We are still working to determine if there's an impact to payments. We will update as soon as we have more information.
