The 3rd Party SMS/ Messaging Provider reported that the issues with delays in indexing new messages has been resolved and programmable SMS is operating normally at this time.

Our 3rd Party SMS/ Messaging Provider has informed us that they are investigating possible issues with the delivery of SMS/MMS messaging in some countries. So far, we have not seen any indications or received any reports of issues, but we will continue to monitor the situation.
