Resetting your password with a strong password and updating your credentials in the LeafLogix BioTrack Integration settings page will restore connectivity.

Update
We have identified that a password policy change with the BioTrack system is locking user accounts due to a weak password or password re-use restriction. We are actively working with the BioTrack team to find a solution.
