Real-time segmentation is processing in near real-time, and we expect any delays to be fully resolved within the next hour.

We have identified a root cause and are implementing a fix. Our systems are in the process of catching up, but we do not have a good estimate for time to resolution at this time. We will post another update once an ETA is available.

We are currently experiencing delays in real-time segment processing. Segments may be out of date by up to 2 hours. Flows triggered by segments, as well as segment-targeted forms, may be impacted. We are actively working to restore real-time processing and will continue to provide updates here.
