We are investigating failures with SMS delivery to some carriers in the US, most prominently AT&T. We are working with our providers on determining the source of the issue and will provide updates as soon as they are available. In the meantime, please use other authentication methods such as Passkeys, Duo Push, Duo Mobile Passcodes, and Phone Call as those methods are unaffected.
