The problem has been identified and fixed. Traffic is back to normal since 07:56 UTC. SMS messages created between Sunday and Tuesday morning have been deleted in order not to send expired codes. Our teams remain on watch on this one before considering this incident as resolved.

Les SMS crées entre dimanche et ce mardi matin ont été supprimés afin de ne pas envoyer de codes expirés. An incident is currently impacting the distribution of SMS making it impossible to sign a document and/or connect to the eVault (MyPeopleDoc) application when dual authentication has been set up. We are investigating the situation and will keep you informed.
