Mail is continuing to process but may be experiencing delays for the Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service in the US region. We may also experience delays and unavailability with our web services. Our engineering team is currently monitoring remediation efforts for both issues.

Mail is continuing to process, but may experience delays for the Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service in the US region. We are also experiencing delays and intermittent unavailability with our web services. Our engineering team is aware and currently investigating to remediate both issues as quickly as possible.

Our engineering team has identified an issue and implemented configuration changes to mitigate it. Since then we have observed improved mail processing rates. We are continuing to closely monitor the situation.

Investigating
Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service is currently experiencing an issue in the US region affecting mail processing. Items journaling to BCAS may be deferred. Our engineering team is currently working to identify and resolve this issue. We will provide another update once the issue has been identified and we have started to implement a solution.
