Zipwhip Operations is now observing successful traffic towards Rogers destinations. Customers may experience delays in messages sent over the next few hours as queued messages are delivered and traffic is restored to full functionality. Zipwhip Operations will continue to monitor to ensure there are not further issues related to this incident.

Zipwhip engineering is continuing to observe message latency issues related to a Rogers service outage.

This issue may be impacting gateway customers' MO / MT messaging from / to Rogers, as well as DLRs. Zipwhip will queue messages for Rogers destinations until we're able to deliver to the Rogers network.

Thank you for your patience as our Carrier partner continues to work on resolution. We will suspend further notifications until we receive a substantial update for this issue from Rogers.
