Resolved
The incident has been resolved. A bridge loop in a switch at our provider's datacenter caused several critical services to be unavailable. Upon informing them of the issue, they removed the loop and the components were available again. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and thank you again for your patience.

The issue has been identified at our provider and the network issue has been cleared. All services should be operational again.
