Zipwhip Operations has confirmed that the issue preventing some lines from provisioning has been resolved. Please contact us if you are still seeing issues with lines that were provisioned during this degradation.

Lines should no longer occasionally fail when attempting to provision.

Zipwhip is currently investigating intermittent delays affecting provisioning of new phone numbers impacting all of Landline provisioning and minimally impacting Toll Free.
