We have implemented a fix and are monitoring the system that processes Statistics, Metrics, and Session data within ControlOne.

Identified

We have an identified an issue causing delayed processing of Statistics, Metrics, and Session data in the ControlOne management portal.

Updates (add / change / etc) to ControlOne customer instances or network configuration changes are fully functional.

Routing services are unaffected.
