Root cause of the issue: Improvement to the report scheduling mechanism that was deployed to our Production instance after a round of QA introduced the bug to our system
Resolution: The improvement was reverted and the queuing reports were deleted. Our Development Team is now conducting a deep dive investigation to understand how this happened.
