MSFT has confirmed that they have mitigated the outage and Amperity is seeing improvements. Amperity will continue to monitor until we have high confidence of resolution

Microsoft has identified the issue as an outage on one of their regions and is working on resolving the issue. While Microsoft works to resolve their outage, Amperity will move the affected clusters to a productive region. Workflows may still be slow to start or may run slower than normal.
