Dear Customer,

This is to notify you that this was due to an issue with a non-impacting infrastructure change that interfered with the application connecting to fare service.

PROS resolved the issue shortly after it occurred and now all services are operating as expected and we can price all itineraries.

PROS will provide a detailed analysis of the issue in the incident resolution summary report.

This is to notify you that PROS monitoring tools detected that the GSO application is unable to connect to Fare service and all are failing to price all itineraries.

We are investigating this and will provide further updates as soon as possible.
