We want to let our customers know that there is an outage in Salesforce which limits our customers to login to Helios using MFA. All customer without a MFA or with an IDP of their own will not see any issues while logging into Helios. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide more updates. We apologize for the inconvenience.
