We have re-enabled http/2 for the following HighWinds PoPs. This is the state we will stay in until the CDN/WAF shut down on November 22, 2023.

Singapore PoPs maintenance has been completed and is now back in a healthy state.

HTTP/2 services will continue to be disabled until further notice. This incident does not impact Edge Compute services.

StackPath CDN and WAF services are back in service and mitigated in Hong Kong, Sao Paolo, Sydney, Melbourne, Miami, and Madrid.
Singapore was removed from service and all requests will be routed to our Hong Kong PoPs. We are continuing to monitor all CDN PoPs.

HTTP/2 services will continue to be disabled until further notice. This incident does not impact Edge Compute services.

StackPath has continued to mitigate this issue and has observed improvement in all CDN PoPs with the exception of Hong Kong and Singapore. We are continuing to monitor all CDN PoPs as they return to expected performance and are focusing on bringing Hong Kong and Singapore to a healthy state. We will continue to update as we make progress. HTTP/2 services will continue to be disabled until further notice. This incident does not impact Edge Compute services.

StackPath CDN and WAF services are still unavailable in Singapore, Sao Paolo, Sydney, Melbourne, Miami, and Madrid. We are also aware of degraded performance in Singapore and Hong Kong.

HTTP/2 services have been disabled for both StackPath and Highwinds customers and we are continuing to investigate the issue.
Customers may experience time-outs and elevated rebuffering on the affected pops.

Our engineers are working on a resolution and we will continue to update our Status Page as soon as more information becomes available.
