Though we haven't received any confirmation yet from GLS, we noticed shipping labels can be printed again.

We will monitor the status.

Investigating

We're receiving reports of clients not being able to print GLS shipping labels.

The following message is visible in Paazl.

Unable to validate shipping order at GLS: no free parcel number is available within the NDIparcel number ranges - Error in tag T400

We have contacted GLS to find the cause of this issue.
