Postmortem

The performance issues were caused by a time setting on our databases. This caused background jobs such as print/e-mail invoices to be queued.

We have changed the time setting and made it more precise so it cannot cause performance issues. After implementing this change we monitored the performance closely. We have concluded the change had the expected result and it resolved the performance issues.

Currently we experience some issues on some of our databases. This could cause some slowness in Exact Online. We are working hard to solve this as soon as possible. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
