The iAdvize login page has encountered a major instability preventing users (Administrators/Managers/Agents/Experts) from connecting to the platform on 21st June 2022 between 08:34 to 9:14, 2022 (UTC+2).
Users already connected to iAdvize platform also experienced disruptions that prevented them from using the solution properly.
Reasons
This incident on the login page was caused by a service failure at our secure authentication provider. This outage is the consequence of a more generalized problem with the content delivery network Cloudflare solution : https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/xvs51y9qs9dj
This incident on Cloudflare generated service degradations for many major web players :
The iAdvize login was repaired as soon as Cloudflare identified and resolved their network incident.
