Monitoring
The kvsrv018.lin.oa.syd1.digitalpacific.com.au Hypervisor has been successfully rebooted, and all VPS have been started again.

We will continue to monitor in the usual manner.

We will need to shutdown all VPS services on the kvsrv018.lin.oa.syd1.digitalpacific.com.au Hypervisor and execute a reboot.

The expected downtime for the reboot cycle will be approximately 15 minutes.

Once the reboot is completed, all VPS will be started again.

Investigating
Be advised our internal monitoring has indicated that the VPS Hypervisor kvsrv018.lin.oa.syd1.digitalpacific.com.au is currently unavailable.

As a result VPS services which reside on this hypervisor may not be accessible or connectable.

We are working to resolve this with top priority and will provide an update in 60 minutes, or if there is a significant change in the situation.
