Showpad's accessibility and performance are back to expected levels.

The issue we experienced was caused by an unexpected load on our file processing stack.
We’re preparing several improvements to our backend to avoid such a disruption in the future.

Showpad is currently experiencing issues with our database and the platform may be inaccessible for login or browsing.

Our engineerings team is already looking into this and will address the situation as soon as possible.
