We have deployed a fix which we are confident should resolve the login issues. We will continue to monitor the situation for the next 30 minutes to ensure the issue is resolved.

Identified

We are aware that some users are having difficulty logging into their accounts. This is affecting only those accounts that are using Text 2-factor authentication. We have identified the issue and are working swiftly toward a resolution.

This incident affected: Formstack Forms (Main Application), Formstack Sign (Main Application), and Formstack Documents (Website & Management Portal).
