The operations team has begun putting the QSF PoP back in production, all registrations and calls should be returning to normal.

Update
Our Broader Engineering team is still continuing to fix this issue with the Local ISP as QSF PoP is out of production.
The service is Operational as the endpoints are registered to the nearest POP.

We are continuing our investigation, we have identified the issues on QSF PoP which is out of production, all endpoints should be registered to the nearest POP.
Our broader engineering team is working with the local ISP.
