We are continuing to investigate reports that a subset of users are experiencing problems calling from web.fuze.com.

We are working diligently to identify the cause of the issue and will provide regular updates until the issue has been resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.

Update
We are currently investigating reports that a subset of users are experiencing problems on our Calling platform. This may impact end-user services.

Expected symptoms may include issues with call history, an inability to login to queues, place/receive calls on web.fuze.com, and incorrect presence. Desktop and mobile apps as well as hardware phones are working as expected.

We are working diligently to identify the cause of the issue and will provide regular updates until the issue has been resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.
