Between 10:00 AM and 03:30 PM yesterday, some SMX customers may have been affected by email delays or difficulty connecting to SMX Filtering services. These issues are now resolved, and we will continue to monitor for any further problems.

Identified
An issue has been identified with slow scan to email when sending out via SMX. This is currently being investigated to find the root cause of this issue. Further updates will be provided once more details are known. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
