We are continuing to investigate the delays when accessing Deliverability Insights within the UI and 500 errors when accessing the retrieve bounce and bounce totals by classification API endpoints. Customers will also see a delay in mail events for Marketing Campaign events. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

Starting around 8:58am PT on November 23, 2022, our engineers began investigating an issue with Deliverability Insights. Users may experience delays when accessing Deliverability Insights within the UI or 500 errors when accessing the retrieve bounce and bounce totals by classification API endpoints. Customers will also see a delay in mail events for Marketing Campaign events. This does not impact mail send.
