Microsoft have an ongoing incident affecting the access to 365 services, which includes calendars. Their reference for this is EX244931.

They report that the impact is specific to users hosted in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. We are seeing elevated error rates for 365 calendars across all data centers as the location of our data centers does not necessarily correlate to the location of user calendars.

We have prevented credentials being marked as invalid for these calendars as during such incidents this can sometimes happen incorrectly. We are continuing to monitor the situation, all other services are functioning as normal.
