Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing a degradation of Portal Insights, resulting in the data in these dashboards to be several days stale. A root cause has been determined and a fix has been deployed. We are monitoring to confirm the fix results in the data updating on the dashboards after processing. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
