We applied a fix to resolve the issue with the Snowflake Snowpipe Service.

Symptom: Delay in the processing of data uploads and data ingestion
Incident Start Time: 16:00 PT February 12, 2021
Incident End Time: 21:30 PT February 12, 2021

We are now monitoring the system for any further recurrence of the problem. We will remain in this state for 30 minutes.
