We have identified a third-party upstream provider, Cisco, which impacted all Mindbody services. Our engineering teams worked with Cisco to successfully implement a fix and all Mindbody services are now fully operational. Thank you for your patience while we worked with Cisco to restore services.

Mindbody engineering teams have implemented a fix to all affected Mindbody services and we are seeing all Mindbody services become operational. Mindbody Consumers, Customers, and Partners were temporarily unable to access Mindbody services. We are currently monitoring to ensure system stability across the platform. We are currently investigating an issue with Mindbody Web Software. Mindbody Subscribers may experience issues logging into the Mindbody Web Software. Our Engineering teams are working to implement a fix to restore systems to full functionality as soon as possible. Our next update will be at 3:30 PM PDT
