We continue to experience issues with permission status in "Cloud Accounts" page. AWS team has reported operational issues with IAM services, which eventually impacts some of the IAM policies for our AWS workload. However , overall ingestion is NOT impacted.

UPDATE: To clarify, IAM ingestion and alerts are working normal. Only cloud account status is impacted with this incident.

Next Steps :
We are actively working with AWS team to resolve this and will update this status page with the latest.

Scope of the impact : This issue has impacted all our production clusters.

We are currently investigating an issue with network error on Prisma Cloud

Impact : Currently the "Cloud Accounts" Status page shows RED.
