We have monitored the behavior of Databoards for several days and Databoards are loading without delays when being accessed or edited or when Date Ranges are changed on Databoards.

We have resolved the issue and all data has been successfully refreshed. We'll continue to monitor this over the next few hours.

Identified
We are encountering occasional temporary loading delays when Databoards are being accessed or edited or when Date Ranges are changed on Databoards.
The issue can be identified by seeing the loading bar “Please wait preparing your data” on Datablocks for more than a few minutes.
Data is being synced as expected. The delays are associated only with loading the visualizations of the synced data.
We’re already working on resolving the issue and will post an update soon.
