CallTower has confirmed that all related circuits to the Verizon Maintenance are back up. CallTower will be closing this master case and all associated cases.

CallTower has been notified by Verizon that these circuits are down due to a scheduled maintenance which is set to be completed by Wednesday 11/9 at 6:00 AM MST. CallTower will validate at that time to confirm all circuits have restored.

CallTower has opened a master case for this issue as it is affecting more than one CallTower customer. This issue may or may not directly affect your services. If you are affected, please report the issue to support@calltower.com. CallTower intends to post updates on status.calltower.com approximately at 6:00 AM MST.
