Our service provider has rolled out a fix and the Help Center is back online, along with the ability to reach Live Chat and create support cases. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely.

Investigating
Our Help Center is currently offline due to an active issue with our service provider, which is impacting the ability to view self help & community resources as well as contacting support via chat or web case channels. Our phone channel remains available. We are working with our provider to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
