We have identified and resolved the issue causing CSR rejections for Sectigo SSL certificates. We will continue to monitor for further failures.

We are currently investigating reports of errors when submitting CSRs to Sectigo through our UI or API. Users may receive the error "unable to retrieve CSR information".
