While this issue is ongoing, Google has provided a further update on this issue, which appears to be approaching resolution.

"Gmail service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Gmail, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior."

Kustomer is continuing to experience issues with sending and receiving Gmail messages across organizations. The issue currently only affects Gmail and comes with outages reported on Google services in multiple countries. We are working to investigate the cause and find a resolution as quickly as possible.
