Resolved

At 23:42 UTC on 2023-01-20 firewall rules were deployed that dropped traffic to fly-proxy. We quickly reverted the change, but the rollback encountered an issue. The rollback completed successfully around 23:59 UTC and operations resumed as usual.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing an outage with fly-proxy. Connections to Fly.io apps will receive connection refused errors. We're actively investigating.
