A fix has been implemented by Discover Card and we are monitoring closely to ensure the issue is resolved.

Impact: The issue has been mitigated and customers are now able to use Authorize.net as expected.

Authorize.net remains engaged on an issue that is currently affecting Discover card authorizations.
We are continuing to investigating the cause and are working urgently to resolve the issue.

Impact: Users may experience issues with transactions receiving Response To Customer (RTC) 20.
