Resolved
As far as we can see all environments are reachable. We've contacted the CDN provider for a Root Cause Analysis and will share this on our status page when this is available.

At 14:11 CEST we noticed several environments are reachable again. We're checking if all services are back to normal.

Update
Since 13:51 CEST the amount of traffic reaching our UK1 hosting location has dropped significantly. This indicates a problem at the Content Delivery Network (CDN) preventing customers from reaching their TOPdesk environment.

The CDN provider currently doesn't list any issues on their status page. We're contacting the CDN provider to troubleshoot this issue.
