CloudSigma would like to inform you that the network issue in our data center in Honolulu has been identified and resolved. All Support activities were conducted under the strict supervision of DevOps and Operations staff.

Investigating
CloudSigma would like to inform you that currently, we are experiencing network issues in our cloud in Honolulu.

Due to the nature of the issue, some of our customers might have been unable to reach their servers from the international peering.

Our DevOps team is working on restoring the normal operation of the user interface.
