Identified
The issue has been identified and we anticipate the fix to be available within 48 hrs. In the meantime, we highly recommend that Event Presenters continue to join via Desktop (Events app, browser) or Mobile App.

Investigating
We are currently investigating reports of Events Presenter unable to join using PSTN dial-in number. As an alternative Presenter can join the Event from Desktop or Mobile App.
