Incident Report for Pagero Service
Resolved
The transfer of orders via MSV3 is available again and working as normal.
Any orders transmitted by pharmacies during the outage are now being processed and transferred.

Please be aware of potential duplicates due to orders that might have also been placed by customers via phone or fax during the outage.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.

We're currently investigating the service interruption/outage in HBS Aposervice.

The interruption affects the customers in the following way:

No transfer of orders to the MSV3 provider
The interruption took place after 11:40 AM.

The cause is not within Pagero's systems, it lies with a downstream provider.
