We have tested our changes and pushed the fixes to production. Lead names are now showing up again in the Event Index Report.

This issue has been resolved.

We have investigated and identified an issue with the display of Lead Names on the Event Index Report. We are in the process of testing our fixes and will release to production shortly. This issue is only cosmetic and has no affect on capturing your data.
