The hotfix that was deployed last week has solved the problem. We have been monitoring the traffic, and see that the fix is preventing incorrect invalidations.

Update
We have been monitoring the issue after the hotfix deploy yesterday. We have seen that the fix has prevented incorrect invalidations like it aimed to do. The status of Inspera Assessment is set to operational again, and we continue to monitor.

Monitoring
There has been an intermittent infrastructure issue causing user sessions to be incorrectly invalidated. This would cause the user to be logged out of Inspera. We have now put in place a mitigation that aims to prevent session invalidation in these cases with a hotfix. We will continue to monitor.
