On Saturday, May 1st, at 11:55 p.m. ET, Yext engineers identified and mitigated a hardware failure which affected Conversion Tracking data processing. On May 4th, we reviewed and identified that display of tags conversion data newer than April 30th had been impacted by this hardware failure, and began efforts to fully restore the functionality. On May 11th, at 3:48 p.m. ET, display of all tags conversion data was fully restored. Only display of data was impacted and no data was lost as a result of this incident.
We will be designing and implementing a new data processing system to reduce the impact of hardware failures and improve our time to recovery.
