Incident Report for Seven Senders
Resolved
The issue with loading data into Seven Senders Portal and missing information within Analytics is SOLVED.

If you still miss some data it is related to the cache. This can be resolved by clearing and refreshing the cache. Anyways the "wrong" cache will be deleted by 2 pm CET latest automatically.

Summary of what happened:
Due to a downtime of a server we have been missing information since 20.11.2022.

This issue had NO EFFECT ON API connection as well NOT ON TRACKING PAGES AND NOTIFICATIONS.

Since this issue is fixed, there won't be any further updates for it on the status page.

Due to an issue loading data into the Seven Senders Portal, we are missing information within Analytics since the 20th of November 2022. Currently we are working on fixing the issue and are currently reimporting all data into Analytics.
We expect the data load to be stabilized by 3 pm CET.

This issue has NO EFFECT ON API connection as well NOT ON TRACKING PAGES AND NOTIFICATIONS.
