A fix has been implemented and "Transaction refused by the bank (card limit reached)" errors have stopped since 11:00 AM UTC.

The root cause has been identified, and a fix is being worked on with our acquiring bank partner. We will inform you as soon as the fix has been implemented.

We are still pursuing the investigation for this issue with our PSP and Acquiring bank. We are narrowing down potential problems. We will keep you updated as soon as more information is available.

You may experience "Transaction refused by the bank (card limit reached)" errors on payments since 30/08 at 12:00 AM UTC.

These disturbances are due to an issue with our PSP component.
Investigations are ongoing on our PSP side, we will keep you informed.

• Who is affected: Anyone on the PRODUCTION environment.
• Payment types affected: BCMC/MAESTRO and CB/VISA/MASTERCARD
