We continue to investigate the issue causing inbound Zoom Phone calls to fail in Peru, Ecuador, Colombia and Mexico. We have made a routing change and outbound calls are now completing, however inbound calls are still affected. We continue to work with our underlying carrier and will provide updates as we have them.
