A GRPC connection in one of our servers didn't react properly. We have made sure this doesn't cause a larger outage again and added observability measures for further investigation.

Update
We have mitigated the issue and are currently monitoring the clusters to make sure that new workspaces are started properly. We will close this once we are sure that there is no further problem. Please restart start a new workspace if the current one is still stuck allocating resources.
